The Heavy-Duty Single IBC Spill Bund is built to safely store a single 1000L IBC of hazardous chemicals, oils, fuels and liquid products, providing reliable secondary spill containment for demanding industrial, manufacturing, mining and warehousing operations. What sets it apart is its two steel-reinforced top decks and 2,880 kg maximum uniformly distributed load — a load rating well above a standard IBC bund — pairing steel-grade strength with the corrosion resistance of plastic. It is Australian-made and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.
A generous 1,156L sump captures leaks, drips and overfills, exceeding 110% of a full 1000L IBC — the common benchmark for compliant IBC spill containment — to help protect staff, floors, drains and stormwater. A built-in 50mm drain outlet lets the sump be emptied quickly and cleanly after a spill or wash-down.
Manufactured from UV-stabilised LDPE with a smooth internal surface, the bund resists corrosion, wipes down easily to reduce residue build-up, and is rated for both indoor and outdoor storage. Integrated 2-way forklift and 2-way pallet jack entry points make it simple to reposition around warehouses, chemical storage areas and mine sites, while the reinforced decks keep the IBC stable and fully supported under load.
