At Eco Pallets, corporate responsibility means operating with total transparency, absolute fairness and strict adherence to the law. A resilient supply chain is an ethical one.
We implement rigorous hazard identification and control measures across our manufacturing, warehousing and dispatch environments. Every piece of materials handling equipment we supply is engineered to meet or exceed strict Australian safety standards.
In line with current Australian WHS regulations, we treat psychological health with the same discipline as physical safety. We actively identify and control psychosocial hazards — including workplace stress, fatigue and burnout — by fostering open communication, offering a dedicated wellness allowance, and building a supportive team culture.
Contractors, subcontractors and labour-hire personnel receive the exact same level of safety protection, onboarding training and cultural support as our full-time staff.
All employees are remunerated fairly and transparently, strictly meeting or exceeding modern awards and national wage standards under the Fair Work Act 2009 and the National Employment Standards (NES).
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for workplace discrimination, bullying or harassment. We actively cultivate a workplace where diverse viewpoints are respected and every individual has equal opportunities for career progression.
We actively trace our extended supply chain. In alignment with guidelines from the Australian Anti-Slavery Commissioner, we conduct proactive risk assessments on materials, logistics routes and international manufacturing partners — not just our direct suppliers.
We require our commercial partners to substantiate their own labour practices. We prioritise doing business with suppliers who share our ethical standards and will immediately sever ties with any entity failing to address human rights risks.
Because our products utilise recycled plastics, we closely audit our regional and global recycling networks to ensure that plastic collection, processing and pelletising are done under safe, legal and fair working conditions.
We ensure that our pallets and storage systems are engineered for predictable performance, safe weight distribution and secure transport containment — preventing transit failures before they happen. We take our obligations under Chain of Responsibility (CoR) laws with complete seriousness.
Our official accreditation by the Australian Border Force under the Australian Trusted Trader program validates our operational security. This confirms that our import/export processes are strictly compliant, safe from tampering and thoroughly vetted against international security standards.
Eco Pallets is officially accredited under the Australian Federal Government's Trusted Trader initiative — a programme that recognises businesses demonstrating compliant trade practices and a highly secure supply chain. This federal accreditation provides our partners and clients with complete confidence that our operations adhere to the highest international security standards and regulatory requirements.
