Wholesale Material Handling
Export, rackable, hygienic and heavy-duty plastic pallets — supplied wholesale across Australia and specified to your loads, racking and compliance.
Eco Pallets supplies the full range of wholesale plastic pallets for Australian industry — lightweight one-way export pallets, rackable distribution pallets, hygienic food-grade pallets and heavy-duty pallets engineered for closed-loop and automated operations. Every pallet is specified against the way you actually move stock: the static, dynamic and racking load it has to carry, the forklift and pallet-jack access your team uses, and the temperature and washdown conditions it lives in.
Plastic pallets are dimensionally consistent, splinter- and nail-free, and unaffected by moisture, so they outperform timber in food, beverage, pharmaceutical and export applications. Because they are made from polyethylene and polypropylene rather than wood, they are exempt from ISPM 15 fumigation and heat treatment — making them the lower-friction choice for international freight. They are also fully recyclable at end of life and reusable across thousands of cycles, which lowers total cost of ownership and supports sustainability reporting.
We hold stock and distribute Australia-wide from Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide, and supply from single-pallet trial quantities to full container loads. Every product can be customised — including your own branding, colour and sequential numbering — and our team will help you match the right pallet to your racking, loads and budget.
Polyethylene and polypropylene construction means no fumigation or heat treatment for international freight.
Non-porous, washable and hygienic — suitable for HACCP and washdown environments where timber can't go.
Rackable pallets specified to real static, dynamic and racking loads — including shuttle and automated systems.
Thousands of cycles per pallet and fully recyclable at end of life, lowering total cost of ownership.
A selection from our plastic pallet range — add any product directly to a quote, or ask us to match a pallet to your racking and loads.
Match the pallet to your load and destination: 1200 x 800 mm (Euro) for European export; 1100 x 1100 mm or 1200 x 1000 mm for Asia-Pacific container export; 1160/1165 mm Australian-standard sizes for domestic warehousing and racking; and compact 800 x 600 or 1200 x 600 mm skids for retail and small loads. Then match the load rating to how the pallet will be stored and moved. Tell us your goods, weight and whether you're exporting or racking, and we'll recommend a size.
One-way (export) pallets are lightweight and cost-effective, made to ship out with goods and not necessarily return, which is ideal for international export. Reusable pallets are heavier-duty and built for many cycles in closed-loop or in-house operations. Many one-way pallets can still be reused if they return in good condition.
Most of our pallets offer 4-way forklift entry (lift from any side); lighter mini skids are typically 2-way. Pallet jack access varies by model: many allow it, while reversible double-sided pallets are forklift-only. The exact access is listed in each product's specifications.
Our medium- and heavy-duty pallets are rated for racking: the heavy-duty Australian-standard pallets (Eco-1160L, ECO-1165LS) and the steel-reinforced automated pallets (ECO-1160SR/SRL) for beam and drive-in racking, and medium-duty models for beam racking. Lightweight one-way export pallets are generally not rated for racking, so always check the racking load rating before storing on beams.
The steel-reinforced ECO-1160SR and ECO-1160SRL are purpose-engineered for automated shuttle and drive-in racking, where dimensional consistency and rigidity prevent sag and tracking errors. The ECO-1160SRL adds a retaining lip to keep smaller or unstable loads in place during high-speed movement.
