All of our food-contact crates and bins are made from food-grade polymers that are non-porous, easy to sanitise and safe for direct contact with food, beverage and pharmaceutical products. Vented designs promote airflow and drainage for fresh produce and washdown; solid-walled designs contain fines, liquids and small parts. Foldable bulk crates and collapsible totes knock down flat when empty, recovering up to 75% of return-transport and storage space.

Foldable (collapsible) bins fold flat when empty, typically saving a large share of the storage and return-freight space, which suits operations that cycle empty bins. Rigid bins hold their shape permanently for maximum strength and durability under constant heavy use. Choose foldable to save space on returns; choose rigid for the toughest, highest-throughput handling.
Vented bins have slotted walls that allow airflow and drainage, ideal for fresh produce, washed goods and anything that needs to breathe or stay cool. Solid (non-vented) bins have closed walls that fully contain fine, loose or powdery materials and small parts. Same footprint, different job.
Many of our bins and totes are food-grade with smooth, non-porous, easy-clean surfaces suited to fresh produce, food processing and washdown environments. For direct contact with raw or unpackaged food, choose a food-grade model, such as the food-grade folding totes or the smooth-walled LDPE bin, and confirm it suits your application.
Folded flat, our collapsible crates and totes collapse to a fraction of their assembled height, so you can store and return far more empties in the same space and truck. The food-grade folding totes, for example, fold down to about 31 mm, which sharply lowers return-freight and warehouse storage costs.
