Without in any way limiting Eco Pallets discretion to refuse to accept the return of any goods, the following goods will not be returnable:

(a) Any goods that have been held by the customer for more than seven (7) days.

For change-of-mind returns, items may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they are unused and in original condition. A $35+GST restocking fee will apply to approved returns of this type.
